At Astrielle, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every piece. Please carefully review our policy below before making a return request.
Return Timeframe
You must request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. All return requests must be approved by our customer service team before the item is sent back.
Conditions for Return
To qualify for a return:

The item must be unused and in its original condition

All original packaging and accessories must be included

Jewelry must be carefully repackaged using the original materials
If any part of the item or packaging is missing or damaged due to improper repackaging, we will not issue a refund.
No Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer exchanges. If you are unhappy with your item, you may request a return and refund (if eligible) and place a new order.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:

Items marked as non-returnable on the product page
Return Shipping

For returns due to personal preference, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

For returns due to product defects or damage, Astrielle will cover the return shipping after confirmation from our customer service team. A prepaid shipping label will be provided in these cases.
Customers must return the item using appropriate packaging and include all product accessories and packaging.
Refunds
Refunds are issued only for returns due to a confirmed defect or product issue. Once approved and the item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
How to Request a Return
